DORT Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the mobile game DORT, published by Emre Kişi ("we"). By playing you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. Your account
- Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive, hateful or misleading. We may change or remove such usernames.
- You can delete your account at any time (see account deletion).
3. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or modified clients, exploit bugs, manipulate matches or rankings, or interfere with the servers or other players. We may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Purchases and virtual items
- Purchases are processed by Google Play under its terms. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
- Virtual items and charges have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred between accounts. You receive a licence to use them in the game, not ownership.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and any rights you have under consumer law.
- Ranked 1v1 matches are never affected by purchased items.
5. Advertising
The game shows ads unless you buy Remove Ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising uses data.
6. The service
We work to keep the game and its online features available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features. If we permanently shut down the online service, we will announce it in the game in advance where possible.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its code, art, music and names belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer the game except as allowed by law.
8. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
